yeah, fatigue is pretty common, esp in the first 6 months- your body has to adjust to the new hormone levels. totally normal :)

I didn't want my Nexplanon implant and it makes me depressed. HELP?
Basically I had to get the Nexplanon implant cause Im 17 (18 In January) and my boyfriends 16 (17 in December) and I've always wanted too become a young mom but I'm still going collage etc cause I want to give my child the best life possible. Plus I'd like to have a baby young cause me and my family no my moms going to die soon and I really want her to meet her 1st gran child (Im the oldest child there's only me and my brother and my brothers mental disabled). So me and my boyfriend agreed when hes 18 and 6 months I can get the implant taken out. But I didn't even want it in the 1st place. I only got it cause I love my boyfriend and I dont want too loose him. It bugs me and makes me cry and I feel like ripping it out my arm. Help, what should I do?

Honestly. You need to finish your college degree before you have the child. It makes , as you said, a world of difference for this child how you are able to take care of it. It can be the difference in constant struggle and stability.

You need to, ideally, just wait and realize that there are several factors in this decision and try to be logical about it. Which I know can be hard to do.

nexplanon implant mini periods help?
I have the nexplanon implant and have had it for about 6 months now. Its progestrogen only. Last time i was on a progestrogen only contraceptive i did not have any periods. This time for the first 4-5 months i didnt have any periods. But lately since about 10th june ive been having mini periods. Basically almost every day i find blood in my knickers. I use a tampon and when i take it out there is blood on it but the bleeding only seems to last for a couple hours as when i remove tampon i check a couple hours later and clean knickers. Very rarely in this month have i experienced period pains. I just wonder what this bleeding could be?

Well something is implanted into your arm. Every person reacts differently, so I am going to say this reaction is 100% normal. Usually the bruise/pain does last a few days.

Will my period ever stop?
I got Nexplanon in May and had no period for a month, however since then i've been on my period for 5 weeks, it wore off enough for me to have sex on the third week but the next day it came back. It also keeps varying between light and heavy. I was wondering if it would ever stop or regulate itself? Please help, it's frustrating my boyfriend as much as me.

Nexplanon implant - nausea, affecting my breasts?
I got it a month ago, and I still go through some spates of nausea. I have tenderness and tingliness in my boobs, and they seem to be quite a bit bigger.

I don't really mind about the boobs, but will the tenderness and nausea fade? How long did you feel side effects, if any?

Why am i getting brown vaginal discharge?
For over a month now iv been getting brown discharge since coming straight off my period, i thought it would go away but it hasn't. In the time when my next period is due iv been on the pill for 3 weeks but changed to having the nexplanon implant instead, yet I'm still getting the discharge. Is this something to do with my hormones or will it go away? my period is due in about a week so Im hoping it will go away after that but if it doesn't should I go to the doctor?

Well it's normal to have brown colored discharge before and after a period. But it shouldn't be consistent. If the brown discharge is consistent consult a doctor.

How Safe Is It To have Unprotected Sex A Week After Having The Nexplanon Implant Fitted?
On Friday 10th December I had the implant fitted and was told this was fine as I was on my period. I was possibly on day 6 of my period, from what I've read the implant is only immediatly effective within the first 5 days. And if inserted on any other day to wait 7 days before having unprotective sex.

Yesterday (Friday 17th) I had sex with my boyfriend unprotected for the first time. But I'm now worried that the implant may not have been effective although it had been over 168 hours (which is 7days) since insertion. I may just be paranoid as we did wait longer than the time specified but was 6 hours passed 7days too soon? Maybe they say 7days to be very sure but sooner is fine yet not recommended? Any opinions or knowledge would be appreciated.

Thanks x
